1. Returns

You have 10 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Perishable goods such as fresh produce, food items, and flowers are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@madhavanatural.com  

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@madhavanatural.com with details of the issue.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

• Perishable items such as food, flowers, or plants
• Downloadable software products
• Health and personal care items

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
